During the second half of the year, sixth grade students will be completing a lengthy project where they will design their "Dream Vacation." They will have a maximum budget of $20,000 for a family of at least four. They must travel for at least five days and must leave Pennsylvania and the surrounding states. They must plan for 3 meals each day and bring home souvenirs. They will be learning to use the following technology tools during the course of this project: a blog, Excel, Google Maps, Word, Diigo, and Glogster.
