This year the students in my fifth grade classes will be creating a virtual hero fair. They will each choose a hero or heroine that they would like to learn more about, complete research to find information about this person, and create a digital media project that will be displayed here on this site. I'm very excited about this project since I completed a similar project (not virtual) during my undergraduate education. I have been waiting for an opportunity to share this amazing experience with students.
